• The followers, likes and views provided are artificial and not real individuals or authentic interactions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service name or description.
• These services are purely artificial and do not represent genuine user engagement.
• It is your responsibility to review and understand the policies of the platforms you use.

3. No Misrepresentation

You agree not to use our services to mislead or deceive others, including:

• Falsely representing purchased followers or engagement as organic or genuine.
• Using our services in a way that violates the Federal Trade Commission’s rules, including the prohibition on fake reviews and testimonials.

We do not condone or endorse any deceptive practices and reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in such activities.

4. Prohibited Use of Testimonials and Reviews

Under the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines, you must not:

• Write fake reviews or testimonials to promote our services.
• Solicit or pay others to write false reviews about your experience with our services.

We will actively monitor for violations of these guidelines and cooperate with regulatory authorities as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Any penalties, bans, or restrictions imposed on your social media accounts due to the use of our services.
• Any losses resulting from the improper use of our services or violations of third-party policies.

6. Refund Policy

General Policy

Customers unsatisfied with FluxAlchemy’s services may request a refund within the first 30 calendar days from the initial purchase. Refund requests must be initiated through live support.

Refund Options

Refunds to the original payment method are made for the following reasons only:

• Multiple charges on the card during checkout for a single order.
• Inability to deliver the service to the user’s account within 72 hours from placing an order.

FluxAlchemy holds the right to deny refunds to the original payment method in cases involving:

• Fraudulent financial behavior (e.g., fake credit cards, chargebacks without cause).
• Promotion of unregulated financial services (e.g., investment scams, unlicensed crypto platforms).
• Misleading or deceptive advertising of financial products.
• Accounts flagged for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Gambling or betting activities.
• Promotion of drugs, drug paraphernalia, or substance abuse content.
• Weapons or illegal goods trading (e.g., firearms, explosives, counterfeit items).
• Hacking services, data breaches, or illegal surveillance tools.
• Posting or promoting politics.

FluxAlchemy also reserves the right to suspend accounts if they are found promoting any illegal or restricted activities mentioned above.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

1. Contact live support to open a refund ticket.
2. Senior support agents will review the ticket and make a final decision within 5 business days.
3. If the refund is approved:
   • A proof of refund document from the payment processor will be provided.
   • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in the user’s account after proof of refund. FluxAlchemy cannot expedite this process.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not eligible for:

• Orders used coupon codes on the checkout.
• Accounts violating the Terms of Service.

Right to Deny Refund

FluxAlchemy reserves the right to deny refunds in the following cases:

• Abuse of the refund policy, including repeated or unwarranted claims.
